About CKDPartner

CKDPartner is a free tool to help you understand Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). Kidney disease is a silent condition that affects 850 million people worldwide. Most people do not know they have it until it becomes serious.

We built CKDPartner to make complex kidney guidelines easy to understand for patients, families, and doctors. All our information comes directly from official medical standards, including the latest KDIGO 2024 Kidney Care Guidelines and landmark clinical trials.

What CKDPartner Does

CKDPartner provides a suite of tools you can use at home or with your doctor to manage kidney health:

• eGFR Kidney Staging (Stages G1–G5): Calculates your kidney filtration rate to show how well your kidneys are cleaning waste from your blood.
• Urine Protein Check (UACR Stages A1–A3): Assigns a protein leakage stage to show your overall kidney risk level.
• Kidney Diet Planner: Tracks potassium, phosphorus, and protein. It adjusts for how well your body absorbs these minerals from plants versus processed foods.
• Medication Safety Checker: Shows alerts for common blood pressure and diabetes medicines when kidney function drops.
• Guideline-Based AI Reports: Generates personalized, easy-to-read summaries using medical guidelines.
• Kidney Decline Tracker: Checks if your kidney function is dropping too fast over time.
• Doctor Visit Report: Prints a simple one-page summary to help you talk with your doctor.

Our Principles

CKDPartner was built on three simple rules:

1. Direct facts from medical guidelines. Every suggestion comes from official medical guidelines and studies. We list the research sources so you and your doctor can trust them.

2. Free and private. We do not require any login, password, or credit card. Your personal lab values are processed only inside your browser and are never saved on our servers.

3. Better visits with your doctor. Our printable summary helps you and your doctor talk about your labs, medications, and diet together.
